DELIVERY OPTIONS AND DETAILS
For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.
- Orders are processed and shipped from the fulfillment center within 3-5 business days.
- Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST, not including holidays.
- Allow Up to 10-21 Business Days to receive your items. This is to allow for any unforeseen shipping delays.
- Please Allow up to 3- 5 business days for your tracking number to appear in USPS tracking system.
- If multiple items are purchase it is possible they may arrive separately but within the standard time frame.
- Expedited delivery available on selected items only.
- Delays with Fedex shipping
- International Duties or Customs chargesProducts that are lost or damaged in the mail. The USPS or Fedex will be responsible once the package has been dispatched.
- Products marked delivered by Post Office / Fedex according to tracking.
You will need to contact your Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.
Carrier Contact Numbers:
- If Fedex could not reach you after several attempts, the package will be sent back to our warehouse. In such cases your order will not be refunded. You will need to pay an additional US$20 shipping and handling fee for the package to be re-delivered to you.
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
Lavishly Me Boutique does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier or for incorrect addresses entered at time of purchase. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your Spam folder. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 3 working days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
Canadian Customers: If your order is shipping from our U.S. warehouse, it will ship via USPS. Once your package has arrived at the Canadian border it will immediately be handed over to Canada Post who will then be responsible for final mile delivery. You can then take your same USPS tracking number and input it into the Canada Post website for more thorough updates on the status of your order.

Due to an unforeseen event, the item(s) you order may suddenly become out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.
